Meditation improves your mood and psychological well-being

Learn to Meditate. Free Classes in Addison Library. Thursday, 9th February.

Researchers from Nottingham Trent University, UK, found that when participants with issues of stress and low mood underwent meditation training, they experienced improvements in psychological well-being.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is easy to learn and can be practiced almost anywhere. There are some basic guidelines that will make the experience even easier and more enjoyable. The class is informal and interactive - no previous experience necessary. All are welcome!
