More Elmhurst Apartments Coming Online

ELMHURST, IL – The Vyne on Haven apartment complex is slated to have apartments available starting April 1.

The seven-story structure at 100 N. Haven Road consists of 200 units.

According to an online database, studios are priced from $1,765 to $2,150, one-bedrooms from $2,270 to $2,940, two-bedrooms from $3,505 to $4,335 and three-bedrooms from $5,055 to $5,935.

In January 2022, the City Council unanimously approved the Vyne on Haven apartment building. A few months later, ground was broken.

Another big apartment complex downtown, Elmhurst 255, listed 22 of its 192 units available as of Friday, a vacancy rate of 11.5 percent. That's higher than the Chicago metropolitan area's residential rental vacancy rate of 5.6 percent in the fourth quarter of last year, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

At Elmhurst 255, one-bedrooms are available for $2,150 to $2,515, two-bedrooms from $2,925 to $3,375, and three-bedrooms from $4,100 to $4,399.
