Movie Night! Gifted Hands: The Ben Carson Story

Come on in Thursday, March 18 for the free screening at Elmhurst Christian Reformed Church of Gifted Hands: The Ben Carson Story.

PrimeTime (55+) invites you to attend “Movie Night” on Thursday, March 17 at 7 p.m, featuring our special movie - “Gifted Hands; The Ben Carson Story.

This docu-drama starring Cuba Gooding, Jr. is the true story of Dr. Ben Carson’s remarkable life from 1961 to 1987. Ben Carson was raised as by a single mother and by 3rd grade was failing in school. Crying out to God, he underwent an amazing transformation. Carson went on to receive a scholarship from Yale University and following medical school he became a neurosurgeon at Johns Hopkins Hospital. In 1987 he successfully completed a 22-hour surgery to separate twins conjoined at the head. Free refreshments. Invite a friend!
