ELMHURST, IL — A new location for Rainbow Restaurant will open in Elmhurst in two weeks. The same owners will move to Rainbow Cafe, located at 254 N. York St., will open on Monday, Oct. 23. According to the city, the restaurant offers breakfast lunch and dinner, and will feature traditional favorites as well as fresh organic, vegetarian and gluten free options. The city said patrons of the Rainbow Cafe will also have access to 150-public covered parking spots on-site.
