Park District hosting Accessible Transportation Options presentation

Coming up July 14 at Kies Recreation Center.

Accessible Metra, Pace and CTA buses and trains are easy to use and the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) would love to show you how! Elmhurst Park District invites those ages 50 and up to Kies Recreation Center for its FREE Accessible Transportation Options program, coming up Friday, July 14, 11:30am-12:30pm to learn more.

It is important that older adults and people with disabilities stay informed about accessible public transportation options and traveling independently. Topics covered will include: local public transportation options, accessibility features on CTA, Pace, and Metra, RTA's reduced fare and ride free programs, travel safety tips, and Q&A sessions with an RTA Representative.

Help will also be available for those wanting to apply for transportation cards that day. Don't miss this RTA Group Transit Orientation Presentation. Free to attend but pre-registration is encouraged. Call (630) 993-8193 to reserve your spot or register online at epd.org.
