Problem Patron At Elmhurst Bar Later Charged: Cops
Elmhurst man was intoxicated and walking in the roadway, police say.
ELMHURST, IL – An intoxicated man was given a no-trespass notice early Sunday morning at an Elmhurst bar after he argued with other customers and then refused to leave, police said.
The incident was about 12:30 a.m. at Doc’s Victory Pub, 490 S. Spring Road, according to a police report.
About an hour later, the man, identified as Jose L. Alanis, 33, of Elmhurst, was seen by an officer walking in the road near Vallette Street and Swain Avenue, police said. After numerous attempts to order Alanis out of the roadway, he was charged with intoxicated pedestrian walking on a roadway, police said.

Alanis was released on bond.
