'Queer Eye' Star To Speak In Elmhurst
He will talk about people's mental health journeys in a presentation at Elmhurst University.

ELMHURST, IL – Karamo Brown, the culture expert on "Queer Eye," is set to speak next month at Elmhurst University.
According to a university news release, Brown will talk about people's mental health journeys during "Mental Health Matters: A Conversation with Karamo."
Brown is expected to draw from his own experiences and work in social services. NBC Chicago health reporter Lauren Petty will serve as the moderator.

On Brown's podcast, everyday people from around the world call in and chat with him to receive advice or share their feelings on thorny issues, the news release said.
His presentation at the university is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. Nov. 14 in the university's Hammerschmidt Memorial Chapel, 190 Prospect Ave.

Admission is $15. Elmhurst University students, faculty, staff and alumni get in for free.
