Rep. Chris Nybo is Keynote Speaker at National University of Health Sciences Graduation

Graduates will go into integrated health care in areas including acupuncture, naturopathy and Oriental medicine.

State Rep. Chris Nybo (R-41st, Elmhurst) will be keynote speaker at National University of Health Sciences graduation ceremony Thursday, Aug. 16, at the Lombard campus.

The graduating class of 2012 will include those in chiropractic medicine and naturopathic medicine (both doctoral programs), and acupuncture and oriental medicine (both master of science programs), as well as graduates in the advanced clinical practice master's program.

“I am honored to be addressing this esteemed body of medical professionals," Nybo said. "This highly respected institution has more than 100 years of history teaching and administering integrative health care practices that concentrate on patient care. We are very proud of this Lombard institution and the continuous positive impact it has on our community.”

The commencement begins at 1 p.m. at the Earl G Liss Auditorium (Building E), 200 E Roosevelt Road, Lombard.
