The new Wilder Park playground was unveiled at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday, and Elmhurst children were ready and waiting.

Featuring enhanced accessibility, a pyramid cargo net climber and an exciting design complete with climbing towers, spiral slides, swings, and a separate tot section with sandbox, the playground quickly proved to be a kid magnet.
