Retail Theft, DUI: Elmhurst Arrests

A woman wanted by the police is caught stealing over-the-counter drugs, authorities said.

ELMHURST, IL – Elmhurst police released their latest arrest log Monday. Here is information from the reports:

Retail theft

  • Christine Lambert, 42, of Elgin, was arrested about 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Mariano’s, 678 N. York St., on three DuPage County warrants and charges of retail theft and obstructing identification. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail. According to a police report, Lambert was seen putting over-the-counter medications into her cart and trying to leave without paying.

DUI

  • Justin Caterina, 38, of Prospect Heights, was arrested about 10 p.m. Friday at St. Charles and Route 83 on charges of DUI, transportation of open alcohol and speeding. He was released on bond.

Driving violations

  • Jafett Morales, 40, of Addison, was cited about 8:30 a.m. Friday at Berteau and North on charges of driving with a suspended license and speeding. He was released on bond.
  • Trevel Nicholson, 29, of Chicago, was cited about 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of West North on charges of driving with a suspended license, tinted windows, unlawful possession of marijuana by a driver and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on bond.
  • Erik Figieroa, 37, of Addison, was cited about 11 p.m. Saturday at Lake and Grand on charges of no valid driver’s license, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on bond.
  • Emmanuel Lopez, 21, of Berkeley, was cited about 12:30 p.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of North York Street on charges of no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration, loud muffler and speeding. He was released on bond.
  • Andy Lopez Zacaria, 39, of Elmhurst, was cited about 11 p.m. Sunday at North and Lake on a charge of driving with a suspended license. He was released on bond.
  • Valmir Maksuti, 26, of Schaumburg, was cited about 10 a.m. Thursday at Second and Addison on charges of driving with a suspended license and unlawful possession of marijuana by a driver. He was released on bond.
