Reward Offered For Information About Shooting Suspect: Sheriff

Price was living in Villa Park, but he is known to frequent the Lawndale neighborhood in Chicago as well as Aurora.

VILLA PARK, IL — A $500 reward is being offered for information leading to the location of a suspect involved in the shooting of a man in Villa Park, the DuPage County Sheriff's Office said. The shooting happened around 1 a.m. Dec. 1 in the 1S100 block of Radford Lane in unincorporated Villa Park.

The sheriff's office said the suspect has been identified as Trevon Price, 20. Price is currently wanted on a misdemeanor warrant for obstruction of justice for an unrelated case. Police said Price was living in Villa Park on the day of the shooting, but he is known to frequent the Lawndale neighborhood in Chicago as well as Aurora.

In an earlier release, police said a 36-year-old man was in stable condition after he was shot during a domestic dispute with Price.
