In another case, a man was found with cocaine and marijuana at a local park, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – In the last few days, Elmhurst police handled cases involving disorderly conduct, drug possession, DUI, an alcohol violation and vandalism. Here is information from the latest reports:
Disorderly conduct
- Someone called the Elmhurst Public Library's Zoom account about 4 p.m. Monday. Upon answering the call, the person was found to be masturbating on camera. An investigation is pending.

- Kermit J. Quarles, 53, of Des Plaines, was arrested about 8:30 a.m. Monday at Berens Park, 493 N. Oaklawn Ave., on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana in a vehicle and driving with a suspended license. Police said he had suspected cocaine. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
DUI
- Bianca Armstrong, 41, of Chicago, was arrested about 1 a.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of St. Charles Road on charges of DUI, improper lane usage and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She was released on bond.
Alcohol violation

- A 19-year-old man from Addison was cited about 3 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was released on bond.
Vandalism
- Someone discharged fire extinguishers in the north and south stairwells between Friday and Monday in the city's parking garage, 175 W. First St.
