Umbrellas In Elmhurst, But Not Necessarily Rain
A splash of color is planned for three sites in downtown Elmhurst.

ELMHURST, IL – Umbrellas will be aplenty in Elmhurst's downtown this spring, but that won't be an indicator of coming rain, according to a news release.
On Monday, Elmhurst City Centre, which represents downtown businesses, announced the Umbrella Sky Project.
City Centre and the Elmhurst Public Arts Commission are planning 750 umbrellas "filling the sky with color" at three sites, according to the news release.
