A masseur at the Elmhurst Massage Envy was arrested for allegedly touching a client's crotch.Thaddeus Scott-Chew, 22, of Chicago was arrested in connection with the alleged 9 p.m. Tuesday touching.An Elmhurst cop "responded for the complaint of a massage therapist touching the 'crotch' of a client," police said.
