Water Main Repair Causes Road Closures In Elmhurst

ELMHURST, IL — The city of Elmhurst will be repairing a broken watermain on Monday, Dec. 3. The city said the repair will require the closure of the northbound outside lane of Route 83, at Second Street, located to the south of North Avenue.

Motorists should expect delays when traveling this section of Route 83. Drivers should slow down and pay attention for workers and vehicles entering and leaving the work zone.
