Woman Dies In Fall From Elmhurst Building: Cops

ELMHURST, IL – A woman who fell Friday morning from an Elmhurst apartment building was later pronounced dead at a local hospital, police said.

About 10 a.m., Elmhurst police and firefighters responded to the building at 150 E. Schiller St., where they found a woman on the ground, according to a news release.

Witnesses reported the woman had fallen from the balcony area on the east side of the nine-story building.
