Missing Woman Found In Stone Park: Elmhurst PD

Raquel Cuevas was found by Stone Park Police at 11 p.m. Sunday.

ELMHURST, IL — UPDATE: Raquel Cuevas was found by Stone Park Police at 11 p.m. Sunday. Police said she is being transported to the hospital to be checked out.

ORIGINAL STORY: An Elmhurst woman has been reported missing endangered, police said. Raquel Cuevas, 23, told her family that she was going out for a walk at 6 a.m. Sunday morning and she has not returned home.

According to police, Cuevas has a medical condition which has caused police to consider her to be missing endangered. She went missing from the area of the 500 block of North Howard, and is familiar with the immediate area but does not have friends in the area.

Cuevas is a Hispanic female, 5'2", 160 pounds and has black medium length hair with brown eyes. Police said she was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, tan pants, blue gym shoes and blue framed prescription glasses. She also has a scar on her left cheek.

Elmhurst police ask anyone who has information regarding Cuevas to contact the Elmhurst Police Department at 630-530-3050.
