2 DUI Arrests in Evanston During 2-Week Crackdown
More citations were made for seat belt violators and suspended drivers.
EVANSTON, IL - Evanston police participated in a national "Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over" and "Click it or Ticket" campaign focusing on apprehending drunk drivers and seat belt law violators.
The campaign ran from May 16 through Memorial Day, May 30. During that time, police made two DUI arrests and 60 seat belt citations. Here are some other tickets/citations made during the campaign.
