3 Shot on Howard Street in 'Stable' Condition
The three victims were all gang members, police said.

Three men were injured as part of Tuesday night’s shooting that closed a stretch of Howard Street on the southern edge of Evanston.
A Chicago police spokeswoman told DNAinfo.com Chicago that the three men were on the sidewalk in the 2000 block of West Howard Street in Rogers Park around 8:30 p.m. when a dark-colored car drove past and someone inside shot at them.
The men, ages 40, 39 and 30 and all documented gang members, were all treated at Presence Saint Francis Hospital and listed in “stable” condition.

Both Chicago and Evanston police had Howard Street near Ridge Avenue blocked off for at least two hours after the incident. No arrests have been made.
