The popular west coast "assembly-line" pizza chain will open its first Midwest restaurant on October 9 in Sherman Plaza.

One of the west coast’s hottest pizza concepts will open its first Midwest location and 10th worldwide in Evanston’s Sherman Plaza next month.

The grand opening for 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza will be October 9 at 812 Church Street.

The growing chain - credited with starting the “assembly-line” pizza phenomenon - opened its first location in Los Angeles in 2012 and became so popular that more than 300,000 were served in the first year at that location alone.
