EVANSTON, IL — A body was found in Lake Michigan Friday morning near an Evanston beach, according to a report from ABC Chicago.
Officials told ABC that a Parks and Recreation employee found an unresponsive man in the water near Lee Street Beach after 11:30 a.m.
Law enforcement and investigators responded to the scene and are working to identify the man. Preliminary investigation results did not indicate that the man had any obvious signs of trauma.
