Annual St. Joan of Arc Family Carnival This Weekend!

The annual tradition kicks off summer for the Evanston/Skokie community on Thursday

The St. Joan of Arc Family Carnival kicks off on Thursday, marking the unofficial start of summer for the Evanston and Skokie community! The Carnival, put on by Windy City Amusements and hosted by St. Joan of Arc, is held at 9245 N. Lawndale Ave., on the corner of Lyons and Lawndale in Evanston. All are welcome to attend.

The Carnival features traditional rides such as mini-rollercoasters for the younger kids and a thrilling zero-gravity ride for those bigger kids brave enough for the challenge! Additionally, there are games and prizes as well as traditional Carnival food. Adult beverages are available for purchase for those of legal drinking age.

Carnival hours: Thursday, June 7 from 4-8; Friday, June 8 from 2-8; Saturday, June 9 from 12-8 and Sunday, June 10 from 12-6.
