Aperion Care Evanston is Undergoing Major Renovations

A lot of construction is taking place at Aperion Care Evanston, which has been undergoing major renovations since September 2014 to make its facility more inviting and contemporary with state-of-the-art updates by Spring 2015.

Acquired in 2006, Evanston Nursing and Rehab Center became part of the Aperion family, changing its name to Aperion Care Evanston in June. Along with the name change comes the strength of the Aperion brand. The hallmarks of which include a dedication to providing attentive, exceptional care, building strong relationships and enhancing patient quality of life through a consistent team of doctors, nurses, and caregivers in comfortably-sized, contemporary, warm settings.

Major renovations include a new contemporary resident dining room, plus a new state-of-the-art therapy center for rehabilitation. In addition, the center is renovating the entrance and the exterior façade, along with the waiting and reception areas.

Located just blocks from Lake Michigan, on Chicago’s North Shore, Aperion Care Evanston is a 57-bed facility providing post-hospital care and rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Its Post-Hospital Care and Rehabilitation services include joint replacement and orthopedic rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, and wound care among other services. In addition, the center’s Advanced Medical services include IV therapy, respiratory therapy, peritoneal dialysis, and diabetes management and more. Aperion Care Evanston also offers Long-Term Living.
