Evanston, IL, USA - September 3, 2015 - On Tuesday, September 29 from 6-7PM, Cornerstone Health is offering a FREE on-site seminar for parents, caregivers and children (5YO - 18YO) to discuss and demonstrate backpack protocols, homework stations, posture, nutrition and massage. School-aged children will spend one third of their day in school for the next 10 months. They need to be prepared not only for the intellectual rigors of class, but also the toll that desk time, backpacks, and studying can take on their back, neck and muscles.
