Boston Marathon 2018: Evanston Runners Results
See who braved the cold, wet and windy 122nd edition of the Boston Marathon Monday.

Thirteen Evanston residents braved brutal conditions to complete Monday's wet and windy Boston Marathon. The fastest local finisher was 28-year-old Gedion Yitref, who finished 711th out of nearly 26,000 runners who completed the race. And Evanston Running Club founder Nancy Rollins ā who met her husband at the Boston Marathon 36 years ago ā took the top spot in the 70-74 age division, edging out Japan's Tamaki Matsuda by just 40 seconds after more than four hours of running, according to unofficial results. Not every Evanstonian who entered managed to complete the grueling slug, but here's how your neighbors that did fared in the 122nd running of the Boston Marathon.
