Join Downtown Evanston, The Woman's Club of Evanston and Brightview Landscaping on Sunday, April 26, from Noon-2PM for an Earth Day Clean-Up event aimed at fostering community engagement and environmental stewardship. Individuals, families, office groups, students, etc. are all encouraged to lend a hand in making our downtown business district a cleaner and more welcoming place to live, work and visit!
Participants will gather at the north side of Fountain Square to get outfitted with gloves, bags and maps before heading out in small groups to pick up litter and debris along assigned corridors within the downtown Evanston business district. When finished, participants will bring the trash bags back to Fountain Square for disposal. A special thanks to Brightview Landscaping for providing the clean-up supplies and for removing all trash collected during the event. Volunteers who pre-register below and make it to the clean-up event on Sunday 4/26 will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Evanston E-Gift Card, courtesy of Downtown Evanston!
