The Winter Arts & Crafts Expo includes original, handmade works of jewelry, ceramics, fiber, metal, glass, painting, photography, mixed media, and more. All proceeds from the Expo will benefit the ongoing exhibition, education, and outreach programs at the Art Center. 

EXHIBITION:                24th Annual Winter Arts & Crafts Expo

DATES:                       November 21st – December 20th, 2026

APPLICATION DEADLINE: October 8, 2026

INVENTORY DROP-OFF: Nov. 12, 13, and 14

INVENTORY PICK-UP: Dec 21, 22, and 23

PREVIEW PARTY:    Friday, November 20th, 6:00-9:00 pm

HOURS:                         9 am-6 pm, Mondays – Fridays; 9 am-4pm Saturdays – Sundays (closed Thanksgiving)

3-D work may not exceed 50 lbs and 24” in height. 2-D work may not exceed 24” in any dimension and must be ready to hang. 

Commercially oriented and mass-produced items will not be accepted.

The decision to be included in the show is decided by a jury, of which you will be notified in early October. Inventory sheets are due October 20th.

We encourage each selected artist to price items from $20 to $400, with a greater quantity priced below $100 to encourage holiday gift purchases. 

Artists must drop off and pick up work in-person unless special arrangements are made with EAC staff.

Commission to the Art Center is 40%, and all purchases will be made through a central cashier at the Evanston Art Center.

Insurance may not exceed $400 per piece.

Each artist will have approximately 20x30” of tabletop space.

We encourage each participating artist (who lives in the area) to volunteer for one 3-hour shift during the show.
