2022 Action Plan and Amended Citizen Participation Plan
The 2022 Action Plan outlines how the City’s estimated 2022 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds, along with program income and any unspent CDBG funds from prior years, will be used to improve the quality of life for low- and moderate-income Evanston residents.
The Citizen Participation Plan has been amended to reflect the new committees, Housing and Community Development Committee and the Social Services Committee, that oversee the City’s CDBG, HOME and ESG programs.
