The City of Evanston is providing the community with an update on its search for a new city manager.
On September 24, the Evanston City Council met with GovHR, the City's executive search firm, to review applicants and select candidates to move forward to the first round of interviews. On Friday, October 2, the Evanston City Council will meet in Executive Session to conduct interviews with selected candidates. During the week of October 5, candidates selected to move forward in the process will participate in a second round of interviews with City Council and community panels.
