City Requests Letters of Intent for Noyes Street Theatre

The City of Evanston is seeking letters of intent from experienced theatre companies to lease the Noyes Street Theatre.

The lease opening the city looks to fill at 927 Noyes St. is from September 1, 2015 through May 31, 2016.

The theatre is located inside the Noyes Cultural Arts Center (NCAC), home to more than 20 artists and arts organizations offering music, theater and visual arts programs and studios. Highlights of the location include a stage size of 33’ x 28’, a stage manager’s booth and a dressing room with private restroom.

Rent for the 3,100 square-foot spot is $3,000 per month. Occasional use of other spaces in the building will also be available at an additional cost.
