"The change of provider for residential service will not require any immediate change in how, when and where items are placed for collection. The service provider will continue to collect your items when and where they always have. There will be some minor changes in the future to where some resident place their recycling and garbage for collection based on the whether the alley is assessable. Any impacted residents will be notified at least one week before a change is required. Recycling changes will happen first and garbage changes will not occur until spring," reads a city press release.
