Deputy City Manager Named to Administrative Services Post

Erika Storlie will retain her position as Deputy City Manager.

Deputy City Manager Erika Storlie has been appointed as the Director of Administrative Services for the City of Evanston, City Manager Wally Bobkiewicz announced via email Monday.

Storlie, who has worked for the city since 2004 and has been the acting director of administrative services since May, will retain her position as Deputy City Manager.

“Erika Storlie has played a key role in the senior management of the City of Evanston since 2011 when she became Community Engagement Manager and then Deputy City Manager in 2013,” said Bobkiewicz. “Storlie brings a common sense management style that is collaborative, smart and insightful to an important role in the City. Using these skills as Administrative Services Director will help the organization move forward as we continue to strive to be efficient and effective in the delivery of our internal services to our customer departments.”
