ETHS Staff Members Implicated in Locker Thefts

EVANSTON, IL - Evanston Township High School officials announced Thursday they have begun an investigation into possible locker thefts by ETHS staff members.

A recent video implicating the staff members of the thefts in the gym wing has been sent to the school, which has vowed to “take appropriate actions” when more details become available, according to a school statement.

The Evanston Police Department is assisting in the investigation.

“ETHS is taking these allegations very seriously and we understand the concerns of students and families as we continue to gather information,” Marcus Campbell, assistant superintendent and principal, wrote.
