Video caught the 16-year-old setting a paper on fire and throwing it into a third floor locker.

EVANSTON, IL - An Evanston Township High School student from Skokie was charged with a felony count of aggravated arson after starting a fire in a locker intentionally on Monday.
Fire and police units responded at 12:15 p.m. to a fire that originated from a locker on the third floor. The second and third floors of the building were evacuated as fire crews ventilated the area of smoke, although the actual fire was limited to two lockers.
