'Dump the Dump' Screening

Dump the Dump is a new short documentary about the Veolia waste transfer station in west Evanston and how it affects the community. See the film premiere at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 7, at Strange Lofts, 1711 Darrow Ave., Unit 4. (1/2 block north of Church Street, off of gravel path. Street parking available)

The campaign to move the station elsewhere is spearheaded by Evanston Neighbors United (ENU), a newly formed non-profit dedicated to developing safe, healthy, thriving neighborhoods for all Evanstonians.

Free entry, minimum $5 suggested donation. Screening will be followed by a discussion.
