The Junior Mance Quartet, including Junior Mance on Piano; Hide Tanaka, bass; Kim Garey, drums, and Andrews Hadro, baritone, appears in concert at the Unitarian Church of Evanston on Saturday, January 14, 2012, at 7 p.m. Junior, an International Jazz Hall of Fame pianist, returns to his hometown for this exclusive concert. Junior has performed and recorded on his own and with his trio, quintet, quartet, and many jazz greats including Dizzy Gillespie, Cannonball Adderly, Dinah Washington, Sonnie Stiltt, Ray Brown, Clark Terry, and many more.
