Keeping a journal for writing, drawing, doodling and dreaming creates
time and space for personal growth and creative expression, expanding one’s sense of self and possibility. In this four-week workshop series, we
will use guided meditation to connect with our creative source and access the ‘still, small voice’ of the writer / artist inside to jumpstart and sustain
a daily journaling practice. Workshops will also address practical techniques and focus on place, people and personal goals as writing topics.
Presenter: Aaron Rose is a journal keeper and professional writer who has worked with non-profit organizations for twenty-five years,
interpreting their missions and programs to public audiences. For more than a decade, Ms. Rose has also been a student of cross cultural, earthhonoring
healing traditions. Her commitment to personal growth and community has ensured her success as a writer and workshop facilitator.
Ms. Rose is currently pursuing an MFA in Creative Inquiry, Interdisciplinary Arts at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco.
