Prenatal Yoga

Yoga is a beautiful thing for the pregnant woman!  Through movement, breath, and meditation, moms will connect with baby, find relaxation, and prepare mind, body, and heart for childbirth.  A prenatal yoga practice builds the strength and flexibility needed to support a growing baby in pregnancy and labor, while encouraging and empowering women to trust their bodies in birth.  This class provides an opportunity to connect with other moms to discuss the many wonders of pregnancy and childbirth.
