The Experimenters (Renovo String Orchestra)

Classical music has been primarily dominated by a European model for most of its life.  In more recent years, the form has been experimented with enormous success.  Join us as we dive into the modern African-American interpretations of music with, you guessed it, composers that are still alive (wow)!

Works by Indiana University Jazz Professor David Baker, California-based composer Charles Washington and Chicago's very own Kimo Williams, professor at Columbia College.

General Tickets are $15 and Student Tickets are $10.  Buy at the door, by phone at (847) 859-9351 or online at www.renovostrings.org.
