Tickets still available for YAMO

Tickets are still available for YAMO, Evanston Township High School’s annual student revue, which runs for five more performances on October 21, 22, 27, 28 and 29. Now in its 54th year, this student-run production involves well over 125 students as writers, directors, actors, singers, musicians, and stage crew and always draws sell-out audiences.

This year’s fun-fest, subtitled “iYAMO: There’s a Laugh For That,” lampoons such weighty topics as technology and its alternately fantastic and destructive impact on society, teachers on Twitter, embarrassing parents, images in the media, and a medical soap opera, among other targets for humor.

All performances begin at 7:30pm in the ETHS Upstairs Theater. Tickets at $10 are available through the ETHS Fine Arts Box Office number (847-424-7848), or at the door. Call in advance to check ticket availability.
