Evanston Art Center Moves Out of Harley Clarke Mansion
Windows won't have to be boarded, however.

The Harley Clarke mansion needs immediate repairs, but its windows will not have to be boarded up since the Evanston Art Center has moved out of the building.
Some have argued the building would be put in worse condition by boarding the windows.
City Manager Wally Bobkiewicz says the city’s public works staff has identified steps needed to secure the building, according to Evanston Now. He said the art center should have everything moved out by Wednesday.
