Evanston Early Voting Hours At Morton Civic Center
Early voting runs until Monday, April 3.

EVANSTON, IL — Early voting began today for the April 4 consolidated election and runs until April 3rd in room G-300 on the ground floor of the Morton Civic Center at 2100 Ridge Avenue.
240 votes were cast on the first day in Evanston, making it the busiest site in all of Cook County, according to early voting totals provided by Cook County Clerk David Orr.
Evanston voters are choosing a mayor, aldermen, a city clerk, members of school and park boards, as well as whether to support a referendum to fund District 65 schools by increasing property taxes.

- March 20-25, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- March 26, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- March 27-31, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- April 1, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- April 2, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- April 3, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
On Election Day, Tuesday, April 4, residents must go to their registered polling location to vote from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Registration Information
Residents can register to vote at all early voting sites. Visit the Cook County Clerk's website for a complete list of locations.
To register, voters must be:
- A U.S. citizen
- At least 18 years old by the election
- A resident of their precinct at least 30 days prior to Election Day
Any voter registering for the first time or filing an address change or name change must present two forms of ID, one of which shows the voter's current address.
- Illinois driver's license
- Illinois state ID
- Employee or student ID
- Credit card
- Social security card
- Birth certificate
- Utility bill in applicant's name
- Mail postmarked to the applicant
- Valid U.S. passport
- Public aid ID card
- Lease or rental contract
