Evanston Man Arrested Over Dog Attack On Driver
The man commanded his dog to attack a 65-year-old motorist who had honked at him for jaywalking, police said.

EVANSTON, IL — Evanston police charged a man in connection with a dog biting incident from nearly two months ago when a pedestrian commanded his dog to attack a driver who had honked at him.

In the March 3 incident, a 65-year-old Chicago man said he had a green arrow to turn right onto Forest, in the same block as Williams' last known address, when a pedestrian walked out in front of his car, according to police.
