PEER Services provides community-based substance use prevention and treatment services to teens, adults and families in Northern Cook County, including Evanston, Maine, New Trier, Niles and Northfield Townships, and the north side of Chicago. PEER Services reduces the harms of substance use, addiction and stigma by engaging youth and adults with innovative prevention programming and by supporting people on their path to recovery through holistic, evidence-based treatment. We provide affirming services to all in need, regardless of their ability to pay. Bourke, 31, has been member of the Sox Fan Force, a program created through a partnership between the White Sox and ComEd that brings Misericordia residents to regular season games to help welcome fans and provide information, since its inception in 2013.

CHICAGO, IL - Molly Bourke, a well-known Evanston and Misericordia resident, threw out the first pitch at U.S. Cellular Field before the Chicago White Sox’ July 22 game against the Detroit Tigers.

Bourke, 31, has been member of the Sox Fan Force, a program created through a partnership between the White Sox and ComEd that brings Misericordia residents to regular season games to help welcome fans and provide information, since its inception in 2013.

Founded in 1983 by Lori Lippitz, Maxwell Street Klezmer Band has played at Carnegie Hall, toured Europe, and provided the soundtrack for Chicagoland’s Jewish celebrations for over 4 decades. The band marked its 40th “Bandiversary” at The Old Town School of Folk Music in 2023. The group is releasing a new live album as well as an educational band book series in 2026.&nbsp;
