Fisli; loving mother of Julia (Louis) Cifuentes; adoring grandmother of Devin Fisli; dear sister of Phil (Debbie) Rapp, Eleanor Welch, Mary (Michael) Taylor, Edward Rapp, the late Robert (Jenny Tyner) Rapp, Tom (Penny) Rapp, Paul (Mary Ellen) Rapp, Maggie (Mark Reynolds) Rapp; devoted daughter of the late Phillip and Margaret Rapp; loving aunt and great-aunt of many.
