Evanston Seeks Public Input While Closing Budget Deficit
A multimedia budget outreach event is planned for Thursday, Sept. 13.

EVANSTON, IL - From the City of Evanston: As part of efforts to engage the Evanston community in the budget process, the City of Evanston will host a Multi-media Fiscal Year 2019 Budget Outreach Event on Thursday, September 13, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Morton Civic Center, Room G300 (ground floor), 2100 Ridge Ave., in Evanston.
The meeting will include a presentation on the City's Fiscal Year 2019 Budget and opportunities for community members to provide their questions and comments. City department directors will also be on hand to answer questions.
Community members are encouraged to attend the meeting or watch it live online at cityofevanston.org/TV or on television on City Channel 16 (Comcast Channel 16 or AT&T U-Verse Channel 99, selecting Evanston and Channel 16). The meeting will also be broadcast at community meetings throughout the city. Locations include:
