Fireworks Planned in Evanston on 4th of July

EVANSTON, IL - A fireworks display to celebrate the nation’s independence is planned for the Fourth of July in Evanston.

The display will start at roughly 9:15 p.m. on Monday, July 4 at the corner of Sheridan Road and Church Street, according to FireworksinIllinois.com.

If you can’t make it then, there are several other shows in Cook County planned during the week and weekend before. FireworksinIllinois.com has listed them all.

The Independence Day celebration in Evanston will begin earlier in the day with a parade on Central Street from Central Park Avenue East to Ashland Avenue kicking off at 2 p.m.
