A food truck often seen at Northwestern football games wants to set up a permanent storefront in Evanston.
La Cocinita, a Wilmette-based food truck that serves gourmet street food from a variety of Latin American cuisines around Chicagoland, will seek approval from the city’s Liquor Control Review Board for a restaurant liquor license on Wednesday, Evanston Now reports.
They are seeking to open downtown at 1625 Chicago Ave., the current site of The Greek Fire Grill
