Gang Members Had Glocks in Evanston: Cops

Police were called about several men with guns in an alley on Callan Avenue Sunday night.

EVANSTON, IL - Two Chicago men were charged late Sunday night when Evanston police found a pair of glock handguns during an investigation in a Callan Avenue alley.

A patrol unit responded to a call of several men with guns in the 100 block of Callan Avenue at 11:25 p.m. Sunday night and found four suspects. Two were arrested after an immediate investigation uncovered two glock handguns.

Jockess J. Miller, 25 and Jamal Goings, 26 were both charged with unlawful use of a weapon by felon.
Police say they are both documented gang members.
