Harmonizers to sing at Glenview Farmers' Market

Outdoor concert of summertime favorites

The North Shore Harmonizers, a women's a cappella chorus, will perform at 10:45am on Saturday, July 30, at the Glenview Farmers’ Market on Harms Rd., across the street from Historic Wagner Farm (at Lake St. and Harms Rd.).

Directed by Evanston resident Alice Lane, this lively concert will feature a mixture of songs, some from Broadway, familiar favorites, and, of course, the seasonal sing-along “In the Good Old Summertime.” So, stop by while you stock up and enjoy the music.

Founded in 1952, the Harmonizers perform at their own public concerts, at special and holiday programs for senior citizens and other Chicago-area groups throughout the year, and at farmers' markets during the summer and fall.
